Treiborlang Lyngdoh Mawlong, born in Meghalaya in 1987, holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Fine Arts (Painting) from Visva Bharati University's Kala Bhavan, Santiniketan. His works have been showcased in numerous solo and group exhibitions globally, including the Fumetto Festival in Lucerne, Akar Prakar and Vadehra Art Gallery in New Delhi, and the Indian Museum in Seoul. Among several others he is the trecipient of, including the Inlaks Fine Arts Award, Mumbai, 2014; and the Kala Sakshi Memorial Trust Award, New Delhi, 2011.
